Apple jam


  • Apple 1 kg
  • Sugar 750 gms
  • Water as required
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp


  • Wash and peel the apples finely.
  • Cook in water till tender.
  • Add sugar and lemon juice and keep stirring.
  • When prepared, fill in jars or bottles and cork tightly.
  • Delicious apple jam is ready, use after 2 days.
