Cabbage Apple Delight


  • Sliced red cabbage 1
  • Medium apples 2
  • Medium onion 1
  • Vinegar ½ cup
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Cloves 2
  • Cinnamon
  • Plain flour 1 tbsp
  • Water ½ liter
  • Lemon juice as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Artificial sweetener to taste
  • Whole black peppers 3-4


  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Sauté onion for few minutes.
  • Add apples and cook for some minutes.
  • Add all other ingredients except cabbage.
  • Add cabbage and cook on low flame by covering.
  • When cabbage cooked add plain flour and keep stirring.
  • Serve immediately.
