Lentil Soup


  • Lentils 2 cup
  • Water 7 cups
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Medium onion 1
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Tomatoes 1 can
  • Turkey ham cubed 1 cup
  • Salt to taste


  • Cook ham with onion, salt, bay leaf, carrots and tomatoes for 20 minutes.
  • Add lentils and continue cooking till lentils tender finely.
  • Serve hot with lemon sauce.
