  • Chicken leg pieces 8
  • Oil for frying
  • Egg 1
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Plain flour 2 tbsp
  • Ajinomoto 1 tbsp
  • Baking powder ¼ tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Water 3-4 tbsp


  • Make cut on chicken leg pieces.
  • Prepare thick mixture of all the ingredients except chicken pieces and oil.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Dip chicken leg pieces in mixture and deep fry till golden.
  • Tasty drumsticks are ready.
  • Serve hot with garlic sauce.

Broasted Chicken


  • Chicken 7-8 pieces
  • Gram flour 1 cup
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Cooking oil for deep frying


  • Wash and dry chicken pieces and rub lemon juice and salt on it.
  • Keep in refrigerator for overnight.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together in a bowl except oil.
  • Put about ½ cup of mixed flour in a plastic bag.
  • Put two chicken pieces in plastic bag and shake to coat chicken pieces.
  • Repeat the same process with other chicken pieces.
  • Heat oil in a wok and deep fry chicken pieces.
  • Serve hot with chili sauce and tomato ketchup.

Chicken Manchurian


  • Boneless chicken ½ kg cubes
  • Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 bundle crushed
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Pineapple cubes 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce ½ cup
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chicken cubes mixed flour 1 tbsp
  • White pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste


Add soya sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar and 1 tbsp corn flour in chicken and keep it aside for half an hour. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and add ginger/garlic paste and fry lightly and also add onion when it becomes pink. Then add tomato sauce, white pepper, pineapple cubes, marinated chicken cubes and add corn flour and stir lightly till sauce becomes thick. Hot plate is easily available in market but if you don’t have this plate take any iron plate and heat it on low flame. Pour the ready Chicken Manchurian in hot plate/try and serve hot.

Saffron Chicken Handi


  • Boneless chicken 1 kg
  • Ginger/garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes medium 4
  • Cumin seeds powder ½ tsp
  • Green chilies finely chopped 5
  • Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • Mint and coriander leaves chopped 1 tbsp
  • Oil 6 tbsp
  • Salt to taste


  • Yogurt 6 tbsp
  • Saffron powder 1 pinch
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts powdered 15
  • Green chilies, crushed 5


  • Coconut powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Sesame seeds 1 tsp
  • Oil tbsp


Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl, add chicken and keep for 45 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger and garlic paste, cumin seed powder and chopper chilies together. Also add tomatoes puree and other spices and cook for some minutes till tomatoes cooked and keep stirring continuously. Then add marinated chicken and mix well and cover the pan and let the chicken cook on medium heat. Cook it till oil separate from gravy. Heat oil for baghar and add all the baghar ingredients to fry. Then add this oil in chicken gravy, also add saffron, mint and coriander leaves and let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Serve hot with parathas.
