Proper physical exercises give the body an opportunity to better work and relief tension and stress. These exercises are:

Walking is a better treatment in case of any stress as it smoothen the muscles and relief in pain. Stimulate relaxation can also be get from walking slowly. Walking is such exercise that requires very less efforts and can be easily done by any person at any place. Walking makes the stressed person, calm, good and unstressed.

Stretching exercises are also very good for nerves system. It loosen the nerves and person feel relax from intense stress and tension. Stretching is also beneficial in increasing blood flow in the body and muscles feel better.

Swimming is another exercise that is recommended by physician to get relief from any type of stress and tension. Different types of body movements in swimming can make the muscles and nerve system smooth and also make the mood of person very pleasant.
