Toti Fruity Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Rasberry jelly 1 packet
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Bananas 2
  • Mangoes pieces 2
  • Cherries ½ cup
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Sugar crushed 1 ½ cup
  • Vanilla ice cream

Recipe:

  • Prepare jelly according to the instructions given on the pack and keep for freezing.
  • Cook raspberries and sugar together in a wok.
  • When sugar mixed, remove from stove and let it cool.
  • Blend in blender well till mixture thick.
  • Make a paste of milk and corn flour and add in berry puri.
  • Cook on low flame till puri become thick and keep stirring.
  • Take long Sunday glasses and put jelly and mango pieces.
  • Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream on fruits.
  • Pour raspberry sauce over it.
  • Then pour fresh cream and dry fruits on it and serve chill.

Mango Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Mangoes ½ kg
  • Milk 2 liter
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Custard powder 2 tbsp

Steps:

  • Make custard using milk, sugar and custard powder.
  • Let it cool.
  • Peel mangoes and cut them in small cubes.
  • Put cold custard and mango cubes in blender and blend finely.
  • Also add fresh cream and blend further.
  • Keep in refrigerator or ice cream machine for chilling.
  • Delicious mango ice cream is ready.

Chocolate Crunch Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • Milk ½ liter
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Chocolate chunks
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp

Recipe:

  • Boil milk with sugar, cocoa powder, egg yolk and corn flour over low heat.
  • Keep stirring during cooking.
  • Remove from heat and add chocolate chunks.
  • Blend till smooth.
  • Add fresh cream.
  • Transfer it to serving cups.
  • Freeze for 6-8 hours.
  • Delicious chocolate ice cream is ready.

Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients:

Sugar 3 and half chattank

Vanilla essence 1 spoon

Egg yolk 5

Chocolate 2 ounce

Cream 50 gms

Method:

Mix sugar, cream and chocolate and boil for some minutes then add beaten egg yolks in that boiled mixture and cook on low heat. Then strain that with the help of strainer and cool it. After adding vanilla essence freezes it in the machine.
