- Minced chicken 1 cup
- Carrots chopped 2 tbsp
- Cabbage chopped 2 tbsp
- Chinese salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Soya sauce as required
- Salt as required
- Corn flour as required
- Bread as required
- Cooking oil 2 tbsp
Steps:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry minced chicken, carrots and cabbage finely.
- Add black pepper, salt and soya sauce and keep aside.
- Soak bread slices in water for 5 minutes after cutting their edges if required.
- Flat them and put chicken mixture over them.
- Roll them and paste corn flour on their edges.
- Deep fry and serve with ketchup.
