Cheese Sticks

Ingredients

  • Mozzarella cheese sticks 1 packet
  • Seasoned bread crumbs 1 ½ cup
  • Beaten eggs 2
  • Cornstarch 1/3 cup
  • Flour 2/3 cup
  • Garlic salt ½ tsp
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Water ¼ cup

Recipe:

  • Take a small bowl and combine eggs and water.
  • Mix bread crumbs and garlic salt in another bowl.
  • Blend flour and cornstarch together.
  • Heat oil in a big sauce pan.
  • Take cheese sticks and roll in flour mixture then dip in eggs and again roll in the mixture of bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry till golden brown.
  • Crispy cheese sticks are ready to serve with chili sauce and ketchup.

Chicken Puffs

Ingredients

  • Boil chicken 1 cup
  • Chicken stock ½ cup
  • Green chilies chopped 5-6
  • Onion 1
  • Eggs 4
  • Plane flour 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper grinded 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying

Recipe:

  • Put chicken stock in a pan and add butter.
  • Come to boil on medium heat.
  • Keep aside when butter dissolved.
  • Let it cool for some time then add boiled chicken chopped onion, green chilies, salt, eggs and black pepper.
  • Mix with the help of water.
  • Deep fry them on medium heat.
  • Serve hot with ketchup

Fish Fingers

Ingredients:

  • Fish fillets 500 gms
  • Ajinomoto 2 tsp
  • Soya sauce ½ Cup
  • Black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Beaten egg 1
  • Flour 1 Cup
  • Oil for frying

Steps:

Dry the fish fillets with dry cloth and cut them into 3 inch long pieces. Put the fish pieces into a bowl and add Ajinomoto, soya sauce, black pepper and salt and rub them finely. Let them marinade for half an hour. Then heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the fish fillets after rolling into egg and flour. Crispy fish fingers are ready to serve hot.

Potato Chicken Sticks

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 2 mashed
  • Boiled chicken 2 cup shredded
  • Cheese ½ cup grated
  • Boiled eggs 1 grated
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Salt and black pepper ½ tbsp each
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Backing powder ¼ tbsp
  • Beaten egg and bread crumbs for coating
  • Bread sticks

Directions:

Mix the boiled chicken, potatoes and eggs finely. Shape that material of drum sticks with the help of bread sticks. Then dip them in egg and coat with bread crumbs. Fry in hot cooking oil at medium heat. Serve them hot with mayonnaise sauce and ketchup.
