- Milk ½ liter
- Fresh cream 1 cup
- Sugar 6 tbsp
- Egg yolk 1
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Chocolate chunks
- Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Recipe:
- Boil milk with sugar, cocoa powder, egg yolk and corn flour over low heat.
- Keep stirring during cooking.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chunks.
- Blend till smooth.
- Add fresh cream.
- Transfer it to serving cups.
- Freeze for 6-8 hours.
- Delicious chocolate ice cream is ready.
