Cheese Sticks


  • Mozzarella cheese sticks 1 packet
  • Seasoned bread crumbs 1 ½ cup
  • Beaten eggs 2
  • Cornstarch 1/3 cup
  • Flour 2/3 cup
  • Garlic salt ½ tsp
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • Water ¼ cup


  • Take a small bowl and combine eggs and water.
  • Mix bread crumbs and garlic salt in another bowl.
  • Blend flour and cornstarch together.
  • Heat oil in a big sauce pan.
  • Take cheese sticks and roll in flour mixture then dip in eggs and again roll in the mixture of bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry till golden brown.
  • Crispy cheese sticks are ready to serve with chili sauce and ketchup.

Rainbow Rice


  • Chicken meat ½ kg
  • Rice ½ kg
  • Carrot boiled as required
  • Green onion as required
  • Boiled grams as required


  • Divide rice in four portions.
  • Add boiled carrots in first portion and fry them.
  • Add green onion in second portion and also fry them.
  • Do as same with rice and chicken.
  • Same with rice and grams and keep them aside.
  • Take a large size plate and garnish its edges with grams and boiled beans.
  • Make layers of each portion of rice in attractive way.

Toti Fruity Ice Cream


  • Rasberry jelly 1 packet
  • Corn flour 2 tsp
  • Bananas 2
  • Mangoes pieces 2
  • Cherries ½ cup
  • Fresh cream 1 cup
  • Sugar crushed 1 ½ cup
  • Vanilla ice cream


  • Prepare jelly according to the instructions given on the pack and keep for freezing.
  • Cook raspberries and sugar together in a wok.
  • When sugar mixed, remove from stove and let it cool.
  • Blend in blender well till mixture thick.
  • Make a paste of milk and corn flour and add in berry puri.
  • Cook on low flame till puri become thick and keep stirring.
  • Take long Sunday glasses and put jelly and mango pieces.

  • Spanish or sweet onions 2
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Egg 1

  • Peel onion and cut into ¼ inch thick rings.
  • Separate the onion rings.
  • Take a bowl and mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, egg and milk if desired.
  • Make a thick mixture of all the ingredients.

Bread Rolls


  • Minced chicken 1 cup
  • Carrots chopped 2 tbsp
  • Cabbage chopped 2 tbsp
  • Chinese salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce as required
  • Salt as required
  • Corn flour as required
  • Bread as required
  • Cooking oil 2 tbsp


  • Heat oil in a pan and fry minced chicken, carrots and cabbage finely.
  • Add black pepper, salt and soya sauce and keep aside.
  • Soak bread slices in water for 5 minutes after cutting their edges if required.
  • Flat them and put chicken mixture over them.
  • Roll them and paste corn flour on their edges.
