Lentil Soup

Ingredients

  • Lentils 2 cup
  • Water 7 cups
  • Chopped carrots 2
  • Medium onion 1
  • Bay leaf 1
  • Tomatoes 1 can
  • Turkey ham cubed 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Steps:

  • Cook ham with onion, salt, bay leaf, carrots and tomatoes for 20 minutes.
  • Add lentils and continue cooking till lentils tender finely.
  • Serve hot with lemon sauce.

Chicken Corn Soup

Ingredients:

  • Boiled and shredded chicken 2 cup
  • Boiled and grinded corns 2 cup
  • Ajinomoto 1 tsp
  • Salt 2 tsp
  • Pepper 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Corn flour in water 2 cup

Preparation:

Boil chicken and corns and add Ajinomoto, salt and pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes and add corn flour mixed water in it. Cook it till thick and add eggs and continuously stirring. Chicken corn soup is ready to serve with hot sauce. Total serving of this recipe will 8-9 people. Its preparation time is 20 minutes.
