Keep Bread Fresh Longer

Have you are in trouble of keeping bread fresh as you purchase it from store? If yes then here is solution of your problem. The tips I am going to share with all of you can also help you in keeping home made bread fresh longer. Typically home made bread stale fast than bread purchased from bakery. Go through the following lines for better solution of your problem:

  • If you brought freshly baked bread or baked it by yourself, cool finely it before storing. If you will wrap it too soon, it will be soggy and cause condensation.
  • Use paper or sealed plastic bags and airtight bread boxes to store the bread for weeks.
  • Keeping bread in room refrigerator is better way to prevent it being soggy.
  • If you will refrigerate bread, it will be safe from fungi but will stale more quickly.
  • Wrap the bread loaf in foil paper as it will also keep it fresh for many days.
  • Thaw the frozen bread before eating in room temperature.
  • Re-heat the bread before using after taking out from refrigerator.

Follow the tips given above and enjoy bread for dinner, breakfast and make sandwiches for lunch boxes.
